    Looking for cleared program support professionals with backgrounds in the following areas:
    • Financial management - Creating and maintaining budgets and forecasts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations
    • Program planning - Developing and implementing program baselines, reviewing customer contracts, and creating schedule
    • Resource management - Determining resource needs, identifying resource trade-offs, and recommending resource solutions
    • Risk management - Reviewing and monitoring program risks, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
    • Stakeholder communication - Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project financial status
    • Proposal support - Developing and analyzing cost inputs, pricing proposal inputs, and creating compliant proposal submittals
    Other responsibilities may include:
    • Supporting staffing planning
    • Tracking, managing, and controlling program costs and labor hours.
    • Preparing ad hoc analyses
    • Ensuring invoices are accurate and submitted on time
    • Completing project setup actions in the accounting system
    • Developing and updating financial forecast and estimates at completion
    • Working with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items
    Requirements:
    • Entry-level: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline and 0-4 years of experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
    • Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline and 4-12 years of experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
    • Senior level: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline and 12+ years of experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
    • Experience working with DoD or related government contracts highly preferred
    • Demonstrated knowledge of customer budgetary principles and procedures
    Clearance: TS/SCI with appropriate level poly required

    Nexxis Solutions offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k and more).
    • Salary ranges: $100k-180k;
    • Some positions may allow for pre-approved telework, typically ranging from 20% to 60% of the time.
