- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required.
- A record of sales leadership experience preferred.
- At least three years of sales experience required.
- Experience in manufacturing a must (Automotive Industry, Deep Draw, or Metal Stamping experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
