    The Role:

    As a Front Desk Agent, you're not just handing out room keys – you're creating memories for our guests. From warm welcomes to efficient check-outs, you'll be instrumental in making sure every detail of a guest's stay is perfect.

    What You'll Do:

    • Welcome guests with a smile that sets the tone for their stay – friendly, relaxed, and inviting.
    • Assist guests with information about local hotspots, hidden gems, and hotel services.
    • Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
    • Turn challenges into opportunities, resolving guest issues with patience and a can-do attitude.
    • Collaborate with the behind-the-scenes team to ensure guest requests are met.
    • Contribute your valuable insights in team meetings and daily huddles to elevate our service game.

    Your Skills and Style:

    • You've got a knack for customer service, honed through past experiences, preferably in hospitality.
    • Your communication is clear, friendly, and professional.
    • Attention to detail is your strong suit; no request slips through the cracks.
    • Technology doesn't intimidate you – you're comfortable with reservation software and basic systems.
