23WD74210 Autodesk ACS (Autodesk Construction Solutions) R&D team is looking for

a talented

and

highly motivated

individual to join

its

SRE/ DevOps team, to strengthen the infra and operation-ability of its Docs platform, which powers ACS products for its world-wide customers.

Autodesk has industry-leading solutions for industrial design and manufacturing, architecture, engineering and construction,

as well as

media and entertainment.

The seamless data flow between Autodesk's worldly known tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and the cloud services such as ACS Docs, is a crucial piece of the success.

At Autodesk Construction Solutions, we solve

real

problems. Construction productivity has lagged behind the

rest of the

labor industries for decades, but this is all about to change as the industry starts adopting technology and adapting to the digital world.

This is a remote position in the United States.

Responsibilities:
Working

with the development team for designing the system architecture for application deployment on multi environments

You will

developing tools for monitoring

various

web services and online products

You will

manage different applications deployed on cloud platforms such as AWS and Autodesk ECS

Availability and disaster recovery management for different applications

You will

improve security policy and process of web and

cloud based

applications


Requirements:
BS or MS

in computer science or a related field

Strong

problem trouble shooting and analysis skill

Strong

background in Linux/Unix Administration

3+ years' experience

with

automation/configuration

management using either Ansible, Chef or an equivalent

Strong

experience with SQL and MySQL/PostgreSQL

NoSQL experience

is a plus , too.

Strong

scripting skills in at least one common language (Ruby / Python / Golang)

Familiar with one or two of those web infrastructure techniques (Rails / Django / Express)

Familiar with one or two of those monitoring tools (Netdata / Prometheus / Grafana)

Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service

Knowledge of AWS

is a must
