    How You Will Succeed

    • Be Prepared: Arrive ready to engage, stay sharp, and start strong. Familiarize yourself with our menu and offerings to confidently assist every guest. Keep your workspace clean and well-stocked.
    • Take Initiative: Own your responsibilities and step in when needed. Help restock product displays and assist with carryout orders and guest services.
    • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open communication with your team to ensure seamless service. Follow operational guidelines to create memorable experiences.
    • Make Connections: Greet every guest warmly and be ready to answer questions regarding wine, food, and our Wine Club. Build authentic relationships that enhance their visit.
    • Add a Personal Touch: Exceed expectations by sharing the story of Cooper's Hawk, introducing tastings, and promoting special retail items to elevate guest experiences.

    What You Will Bring

    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments is preferred
    • Confidence in discussing wine and the benefits of the Wine Club with guests
    • A strong passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
    • Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
