    OVERVIEW

    Partners with Talent Acquisition leadership and key stakeholders to execute recruitment activities and programs with a focus on campus and early career hiring. Organize and influence recruiters and hiring managers in assigned functional groups to find, select, and hire qualified talent for internships, management training programs, and early career positions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

    1. Under the guidance of their manager, execute the campus recruitment strategy, with a focus on continuing to diversify our workforce by building and maintaining relationships with faculty of targeted colleges and universities, members of professional organizations, department leadership and other key contacts.
    2. Manage full cycle campus recruiting process by developing early identification strategies, maintaining job postings, and attending on campus events according to the prioritization set by leadership, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
    3. Recruits and maintains a qualified pool of applicants for key early career and campus positions in a compliant manner as needed.
    4. Partners with Hiring Managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting, hiring and pre-onboarding process.
    5. In partnership with various internal groups, develop and manage the annual summer internship program including the planning and execution of all events, ensuring that each hiring manager and intern has an excellent experience.
    6. In conjunction with Talent Development, develop and execute new processes, programs, and experiences for leadership and hiring managers through coaching, training, and preparing teams for campus events, interviews, and presentations. Participates in HR and Talent Acquisition initiative projects as assigned.
    7. Leverage current university recruiting trends, tools, best practices and how the team can be utilizing them.
    8. Provide input into the development of annual and ad hoc Recruitment Marketing strategies.
    9. Tracks and evaluates key talent acquisition metrics for assigned functional groups and reports out performance metrics to key stakeholders.
    10. Maintains expert knowledge of recruitment technology, applicant tracking, talent analytics, workforce projections, and labor market trends.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

    Education
    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience required
    Experience
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or university relations required.
    • Knowledge and application of federal, state and local employment laws required.
