Job summary

The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) data entry and new hire functions to include all functions of the onboarding process via ATS (application tracking system) and hiring into the HRIS.

The generalist will also assist in the recruitment arena by developing packages helping with job fairs/career fairs speaking with potential candidates regarding their application status.

  • Process and track sign on bonus and other monetary incentives.
  • Maintain personnel records in an established file system.
