Dave Syverson Truck Centers is seeking to hire a full-time Heavy Truck Sales Representative in our Albert Lea, MN location. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a sales territory, selling our range of commercial trucks to new and existing customers. Your compensation will consist of a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets

· Identify and pursue new business within the territory

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

· Provide exceptional customer service and support

· collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

· Complete required annual training

· Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

· Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the heavy truck industry

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

· Maintain a professional appearance

· Valid drivers license and clean driving record
