- Design, develop and implement BI reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine report requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the reports.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of reporting tools.
- Provide training and support to business users on BI reporting tools.
- Maintain documentation for all reports and dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant commensurate experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience as BI Developer, 3 years preferred
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries
- Experience with TARGIT BI preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across the company.

The BI Report Developer role designs, develops and implements production ready data reporting solutions for the company.
