    Description: Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals to help them achieve their maximum level of independence in daily living activities. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services to improve functional abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
    • Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions.
    • Monitor and document patient progress.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists.
    • Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving daily living skills.
    • Stay current with best practices and trends in occupational therapy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
    • Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
