    Vyond is looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Director, Enterprise Sales with a strong desire to be rewarded and recognized for their achievements. You will lead a team of dynamic sales professionals for a fast paced, high-growth company.

    You will be leveraging an existing account footprint across thousands of accounts, including a presence in over two-thirds of the Fortune 500.

    Your leadership will have a direct impact on Vyond's success in achieving its sales goals; building, managing, and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level SaaS deals across all target industry verticals.

    Responsibilities

    Drive sales by aggressively expanding land and expand (LAX) target accounts
    Hire and develop a team of experienced Account Executives who can successfully navigate and move up through large LAX enterprise organizations, by expanding the reach of existing agreements and contracts
    Consistently deliver against team sales goals for both departmental and enterprise-wide expansions
    Assist your team through their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers' needs, key players, and mapping them to the value of Vyond
    Partner with sales leadership to further define a successful and repeatable enterprise sales process
    Deliver accurate team sales pipeline forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annually)
    Identify and make recommendations for improvement in areas of process, efficiency, and productivity in Sales and larger GTM efforts
    Become a partner with the Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing & Demand Gen teams to ensure consistent campaigns, messaging, collateral, and processes are followed by the sales team
    Identify recurring gaps in GTM and relay them to senior leadership
    Collaborate with tech teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
    Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Renewals teams to ensure the long-term health of each customer's relationship with Vyond
    Travel: 25%, including occasional attendance at conferences and trade shows
    Requirements

    8+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (preferably for a SaaS company)
    Previous experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up
    Experience selling SaaS and/or Enterprise solutions to large organizations (Global 2000, Fortune 500)
    Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in 'small and medium ticket' sales in upper mid-market and enterprise accounts
    Previous experience selling into HR, Sales, Regulatory, Tech, Compliance, Marketing, or Enablement leadership (C, VP and Dir level)
    Previous experience working for a scaling, nimble, fast-paced company preferred
    Strong listening and presentation skills
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Highly organized – ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
    Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field
