- Conduct regular home visits with families and perform developmental screenings for children
- Create Individual Developmental Plans for children based on gathered information
- Document all interactions and progress promptly

- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver top-quality services

- Participate in various activities including group socialization events

Our company, a leading organization in the field, is looking for a dedicated Case Manager-Home Visitor to join the Psychology department within the College of Arts & Sciences. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing in-home early childhood education and child development guidance to empower parents or primary caregivers as their child's first teacher, while offering essential case management services to families.
Main Responsibilities:
Hourly Salary Wage: $25.20
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field required. Prior experience with children is essential.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in early childhood education with relevant experience or a degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field with coursework in early childhood education.
