Job summary

We are hiring a Patient Access Advocate to provide primary registration of patient accounts for self-pay, government and commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Medicare guidelines and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include performing registration functions, updating demographics, insurance verification, collection of point of service liabilities and documentation of registration information within the ADT system. The candidate must also be able to manage conflict and request help from a supervisor when needed.
