    Senior Financial Analyst
    Perform financial and accounting operations for the company. Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control. Analyze current and past financial data. Review current financial performance and identify trends.

    Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, for company services and products.

    Perform analysis of financial data and perform forecasting support.
    Develop and deploy financial models and diagnostic tools to assess revenue earned, losses and expenditures for contracts and grants.

    Review and ensure the fund structure, accounting standards, and internal controls utilized by the Client's to requirements under 2 CFR Part 200 and recommend, if applicable, changes to ensure compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 and Treasury guidance.

    If required, work with Clients to implement the recommendations.
    Perform cost reimbursement reviews for applicable Memorandum of Understanding and subrecipient agreements. Validate compliance with eligibility requirements per the Treasury FAQ/Interim Rule and the corresponding spending category and amount.

    Assist Clients in preparing for monitoring by performing internal Quality Control Reviews, ensuring policies and procedures support expenditure management as designed, and tracking all audit inquiries and working with Clients to address them until resolved.

    Maintain all project files, specifically related to monitoring activities, in our electronic AIRRS system.
    Support Clients in the preparation of the and/or prepare quarterly Project and Expenditure Reports. Reports will be prepared in accordance with the planned and amended schedule.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or other related field
    Master's degree in business administration or finance is a plus
    4- 8 years of experience in the field
    Experience and proficiency in financial programs and accounting software
    Experience working with government sector is a plus

    Salary Range
    $80,000 - $105,000
