Job Description:

10 years of experience in vendor performance management is needed.

7 to 10 years of telecom or wireless industry experience is required.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors to align and manage expectations of service delivery / reliability.

Coordinates the negotiation and execution of contracts with the Legal department and leadership.

Creation & calculation and ongoing review of scorecards, metrics and operational goals tracking performance

Experience with Master Service Contract (MSA) and Legal on Scope of Work (SOW) is required.

Bachelor degree is required.
