    Job Requirements:

    Associates degree preferred

    1-3 years in a high volume call center required

    Heath care experience preferred

    Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays and emergency situations

    Ability to utilize Microsoft Applications

    Ability to type 35 words per minute

    Excellent oral and written communications

    Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately in high volume fast paced environment

    Ability to excel in a team environment as well as work well independently

    Clarify and SAP knowledge preferred

    Key Responsibilities/Duties

    Customer Satisfaction:

    Provides a high level of customer service for internal and external customers

    Takes a proactive role in personally owning the customer support experience

    Communicates with customers and other departments to assure commitments are achieved.

    o Escalates customer satisfaction issues appropriately to Supervisor

    o Performs self-monitoring for individual calls to ensure customers needs are met

    Captures customer complaints according to the customer complaint process

    Metrics and Business Results:

    Understands the customers needs.

    Demonstrates knowledge and skill by successfully completing assignments in a timely manner.

    Able to diagnose problems, apply effective solutions and determine follow up actions with minimum direction.

    Adheres to designated work schedule

    Attends work on time as scheduled

    Required to call in to report an absence no less than two hours prior to the start of the shift by contacting the supervisor directly and stating reason for absence.

    o Performs complete and accurate entry of data in the customer database

    Takes ownership of and works with manager on developing, implementing and monitoring a comprehensive personal development plan
