    This position will be responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving acquisition and engagement goals of clients multi-billion dollar Small to Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) program. This role will also support other marketing needs including technical deployment of marketing communications, creation of marketing materials/copy writing, campaign performance analysis and support of sales team.

    The position demands a high degree of initiative and drive, and requires the ability to coordinate several priorities simultaneously, including:

    Marketing Operations

    • Manage the SkyMiles for Business digital marketing automation and analytics platform in Marketing Cloud.

    • Deploy emails to SkyMiles for Business members meeting marketing calendar timelines.

    • Ability to deploy single and multi-journey communications on Marketing Cloud.

    • Manage audience segmentation using various data inputs.

    • Create platform automations to meet the multiple email marketing audience segmentation needs.

    • Provide performance measurement and reporting, analysis and recommendations of email campaigns and program website.

    • Marketing

    • Communicate cross-functionally with program stakeholders on upcoming marketing campaign messaging to ensure alignment.

    • Support content generation to meet program goals.

    • Responsible for program collateral for events/showcases.

    • Create promotion codes and related marketing materials for sales team.

    • Assist the broader SME team in any capacity needed.

    Qualifications:
    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

    • High proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

    • Experience in creating queries in SQL.

    • Successful track record in planning and deployment of digital marketing campaigns.

    • Ability to report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

    • Must be a strategic thinker and creative problem solver with superior quantitative, analytical, and decision-making skill.

    • Copy writing experience.

    • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.

    • Self-starting attitude and intellectual curiosity.

    • Highly proficient PC skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.

    • Should have very strong written and oral communication skills and be a solid team player.

    • Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles.

    • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.

    • Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.

    WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)

    • Expert in utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

    • Familiarity and/or experience with some or all of the following: SQL.

    • Quantitative skills to analyze marketing data, interpret results, provide recommendations, and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
