    Position Overview: An Electrical Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components in various industries, including aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, and renewable energy. They play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, efficiency, and safety of electrical systems, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • System Design and Development: Design and develop electrical systems, components, and subsystems based on project requirements, technical specifications, and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems into larger systems or products.
    • Technical Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of electrical systems. Utilize simulation tools, modeling techniques, and data analysis methods to optimize system design and functionality.
    • Component Selection and Procurement: Select appropriate electrical components, materials, and equipment based on performance requirements, cost considerations, and industry standards. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure components and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
    • Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct testing of electrical systems to verify functionality, performance, and compliance with design requirements. Identify and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and failure modes through systematic testing and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design drawings, schematics, test plans, and validation reports.     • Regulatory Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, regulations, and safety guidelines governing electrical systems and components. Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices to ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to communicate project milestones, technical requirements, and design considerations effectively. Participate in design reviews, meetings, and presentations to share insights, solicit feedback, and align project objectives.
    • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and innovation in electrical system design and development. Explore emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies to enhance product performance, efficiency, and competitiveness.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
