    Description
    GAP is the longest established gastroenterology practice in the Piedmont Triad area. This independent, physician-owned GI practice is looking for CNAs for our Endoscopy Centers . Our offices draw and assess labs, administer injections and monitor medication therapies. We offer on-site infusion services and our clinical staff assist with a variety of in-office procedures.

    Our endoscopy centers are physician-owned outpatient ambulatory surgical centers which specialize in colon cancer screening and prevention as well as a number of other procedures including endoscopy, Interstim Bowel Control Therapy and Orbera gastric balloon weight loss therapy.

The CNA will position or transport patients in accordance with instructions from medical personnel. Will assist physicians or RNs with endoscopy procedures. Will collect specimens using standard medical procedures and techniques. We are seeking skilled, highly compassionate CNAs to provide safe and thoughtful care to our patients. Minimum of one (1) year nursing assistant experience.
    Endoscopy, PACU, OR, or other critical care nursing experience preferred.
    Previous endoscopy center experience highly desired.
    Provation or Epic experience a plus.
