    Description
    Title: Infrastructure Project Manager (Disaster Recovery)

    Location: Tempe, AZ or Chicago, IL

    Duration: 12 Months

    Must Haves:
    • 5-7 years of project management experience
    • 3+ years experience in Disaster Recovery project management
    • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
    • 3+ years of Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira experience
      • Some of their teams are still on Jira, so they will likely need skills in both.
      • If they don't have ADO experience that is okay - they can teach them
    • MUST be a self starter - they will ask about this a lot in the interview process
    • Looking for someone who treats their projects like it is their own business - need someone who can hit the ground running and can be self sufficient
    • Need VERY strong communication skills - someone who is articulate and concise. Again, this is something they will be really digging into in the interview process.
    Plusses:
    • Any certifications
      • PMP is highly valued
      • Agile Certification is great too
