- Greet members and guests warmly and provide members with a high level of customer service.
- Anticipate members needs and provide them
- Maintain locker room cleanliness (including showers and restrooms) and ensure toiletries are stocked throughout the day.
- Collect towels and deliver to laundry room.
- Assist with locker assignments and maintain a record of locker usage.
- Perform whirlpool maintenance.
- Ensure member shoes are cleaned and shined in a timely manner.
- This role requires interacting with members in varying states of dress and ensuring their privacy and comfort.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
