- You will be working in an environment that requires you to possess knowledge and experience in the use of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), the use of Public Key Infrastructures (PKIs), and working experience with hardware and software asset management processes and procedures.
- Plan, develop, configure, test, analyze cost, maintain, and document networks, servers, data centers, and cloud-based platforms for modernization based on current state-of-the-art and emerging computing architectures
- Derive and maintain a cohesive program software architecture based on customer requirements, customer interactions, subject matter expert inputs, system architecture artifacts, and business objectives Coordinate with Information Assurance and Risk Management group to design, develop and integrate updated security controls into product source
- Work with system engineering personnel to assess requirements, and to ensure consistency between system architecture and software architecture
- Experience conducting the systematic translation of product requirements into total systems solutions that adhere to technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Experience developing design documentation including hardware and software architectural, functional, and interface descriptions
- Experience with production of technical papers and technical presentations
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop around them
- Plan and estimate development tasks and work to improve performance tasks
- Minimum of (3) years relevant experience
- Knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System and ServiceNow
- Ability to forecast client requirements
- Ability to continuously research emerging technologies, strategically introduce new capabilities into operational networks and perform change management activities per industry best practices
- Ability to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced, development environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with MS Office Servicenow
- High School Diploma (GED)
- In compliance with DoD Cyber Workforce i.e. Sec+ Certification)
- Experience with integrating tools in the IT Ecosystem into ServiceNow, including ACAS, SP Buse, Splunk, McAfee, and Microsoft SCCM or MECM
- Experience with Certificate Authority (CA) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Experience in User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA)
- Experience in leading technical discussions with key stakeholders concerning client pain points and concerns
- Experience with designing, implementing, or managing systems related to DoDs Zero Trust strategy
- Knowledge of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- CISSP, CAP, ITIL v3, or ITIL v4 Certification
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
