- Providing oversight to the respite program on the weekends, leading staff and providing direction.
- Supporting individuals with daily needs, goals, and activities
- Working within several different programs (1:1 In-Home and Respite)
- Assisting with personal cares as needed
- Administering medications
- Providing constant supervision
- Transporting individuals to community events
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Hold an acceptable driving record
- Possess strong English communication skills
- Participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
- Be able to pass a Department of Human Services background check
- Professional or personal experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred

Schedule/Availability:
Every weekend Saturday 10:00 am - Sunday 11:00 am
Pick 3 weekdays to work from 2:00pm-9:00pm.
(35 hours per week)
Compensation:
$19 per hour
*This position does require you to work with individuals who need help with personal cares, have behaviors, and last-minute schedule changes.
