    Description

    This is an opportunity to join our team as a Cloud Operations (CloudOps/DevOps) Engineer!

    The **CloudOps Engineer** plays a crucial role in our engineering, IT Operations, and DevOps teams by focusing on enhancing technology solutions to drive business value. With a strong background in systems and networking, emphasizing automation, you will work to streamline application delivery, improve operational visibility, and enhance system stability.

    As a **CloudOps Engineer**, your primary responsibility will be managing critical applications and sub-systems in a SaaS hosted environment. You will handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous monitoring of these applications, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

    • Champion department initiatives and values to support the mission statement
    • Implement structured change management methodology
    • Document and evaluate change impact
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project requirements and specifications
    • Research and recommend technologies for application operations
    • Provide technical assistance for system-related inquiries and issues

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
    • Strong communication skills

    Qualifications Required:

    • 2-4 years of Systems Engineering experience
    • Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, SQL Server Management, scripting languages (PowerShell, Ruby, Python), and infrastructure tools like Terraform
    • Experience with CI/CD tools, virtualization, cloud platforms, and application hosting
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Knowledge of Cloud Services implementation is a plus
