The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for distribution activities to ensure that customer requirements are consistently satisfied while achieving performance targets related to inventory efficiency, distribution efficiency, and quality compliance.Key responsibilities include overseeing the material handling team to meet safety and performance standards,
delivering operational excellence through prioritizing and executing daily work plans,
collaborating with other departments such as sales production and customer service,
managing product movement storage accuracy damage control,
following up on shipping dates times management of stock programs control implementation of process improvements influencing company growth financial results customer relationships operational effectiveness achievement of KPI goals related receiving storage picking packing shipping from a cost service standpoint partnership with transportation handler optimization dock timely shipment train associate compliance certifications annual recertification per Safety policy conduct performance management hiring termination duties all other assigned tasks
