    We are looking for a skilled end-to-end marketer to become an integral part of our marketing team, reporting to our VP of Marketing.

    From concept development through completion and delivery, this person will be responsible for producing high-impact marketing messaging and materials and effectively distributing these through numerous channels and campaigns.

    Analyze results, report, refine, and repeat .The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and design dynamo, with expertise in lead generation.

    You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate NexTrust from the crowd.

    Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Develop compelling, benefit-focused marketing messaging and copy for lead generation, customer cross-selling, reseller communications, and internal communications.

    Manage distribution of marketing communications and content through numerous channels, including prospects, customers, and resellers; and through various print and digital channels, including events, search engines, and social media.

    Create and optimize email campaigns while leveraging best practices to nurture leads and create sales-qualified opportunities.

    Develop clear and compelling website copy to effectively communicate our value propositions, drive demand, and generate consistent online lead flow.

    Develop graphics and copy for sales and marketing collateral, including print and digital brochures, banners, signage, and flyers.
    Develop digital advertising banners, PPC copy, SEO content, and social media posts.
    Research, conceptualize, and create marketing content assets, including eGuides, white papers, and infographics.
    Write and produce marketing and instructional videos for product sales.
    Research and produce webinar content and slide presentations.

    Provide reporting on email, webinar, and marketing automation programs and provide recommendations to optimize performance in conversion rates, ROI, and engagement.

    Create sales enablement resources and tools, including how-to guides, sales toolkits, and battlecards.
    Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills.
    Ensure brand consistency on all content produced to incorporate a unified corporate framework.

    Required Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications3+ years of B2B marketing experience; preference is given to candidates with experience in healthcare, payments, or related field.

    Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
    Experience in successfully strategizing and executing demand gen, nurture, remarketing, and promotional campaigns.
    Experience using marketing email and text automation platforms.
    Experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).Experience with SEO research tools and reporting.

    Experience analyzing segments and creating reports in GA4.Experience using marketing and design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).Experience planning, coordinating, and managing events, tradeshows, and webinarsStrong ability to use Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and others.

    Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and push projects to completion.
    Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising Journalism, Communications, or similar discipline and/or additional skills educationPreferred Knowledge, Experience & QualificationsMarketing communications/copywriting experience in Merchant Services/Payment IndustryExperience using the WordPress online Content Management System (CMS)

    Experience with the Zoho Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and other Zoho applicationsWhats In It For You:
