Job Description
->Work with the Director of F B to efficiently supervise, guide, and train F B associates in all outlets including bar and grill, club lounge, restaurant, coffee shop, and banquets.
->Assist with Scheduling, evaluating, and directing F B personnel.
->Inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient operation of all F B outlets.
->Establish, direct, and review performance standards in food preparation, purchasing, and production to ensure effective, controlled, and coordinated efforts are achieved.
->Ensure safe food handling protocols are followed at all times.
Monitor, direct, and coordinate effective sanitation, cleanliness, and organization efforts in food and beverage areas.
->Establish, direct, and review liquor procedures to ensure adequate security and accountability.
->Act in concert with the F B Director and GM, participate in meetings, conduct monthly inventories, and Executive Committee meetings.
->Drive financials through the creation of menus, specials, and promotions, as well as maintenance or decrease in food cost and awareness and adherence to staffing levels throughout the f b area of the hotel.
->Coach and counsel associates, including managers following company policies.
->Other duties as assigned to ensure effective operation of the overall hotel.

->Prior experience in an F B leadership role with a proven record of success is preferred
->Prior hotel F B experience is strongly preferred.
->Evening and weekend availability is required.
->Ability to work independently and as a team to effectively manage profitable f b operations.
->Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they relate to food and liquor, ensuring F B staff have all been trained in responsible alcohol service.
->Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
->High Work ethic and self-initiative.
->Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
