Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST for PDC11 under the Planning, Design and Construction Directorate with NAVFAC NORTHWESTDuties
This requirement is called time-in-grade
Time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing program and financial planning justification and documentation for current and future federal budget submissions; 2) Identifying and conducting special studies to resolve variances or solve complex problems, to include personnel tracking and training/credentialing, etc.; 3) Providing management with documents and data for data calls; and 4) Interpreting and implementing new or revised budget regulations from various sources and prepare instructions
