    Salary:
    $80,000 - $110,000 per year

    Job Details


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans in coordination with project teams.
    • Coordinate and consolidate the project schedules to provide visibility to milestones, dependencies, and "critical path" tasks.
    • Monitor and analyze project schedules to identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities.
    • Oversee the collection and analysis of data for schedule performance and progress measurement.
    • Ensure the consistency and accuracy of financial data across multiple platforms.
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and scheduling processes.
    • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status and key performance metrics.
    • Work closely with the IT department to ensure the efficient use of planning and scheduling software.
    • Provide training and support to team members on planning and scheduling best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
    • Proficient in SAGE, SAP, and MS Dynamics or equivalent software.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
