    Are you an experienced sales professional? We're in search of a seasoned Business Development Manager with a good technical understanding to drive new business growth in facility management services for our client.


    This role involves spearheading financial modeling for multi-million-dollar outsourcing ventures, encompassing organizational modeling, labor estimations, overhead assessments, operating expense budgeting, fee analysis, benchmarking, and other financial analyses.

    You'll engage with clients through introductory meetings, pitches, and contract negotiations, playing a pivotal role in fostering client relationships and expanding business development efforts across the region.


    Your key responsibilities will include taking full ownership of price modeling, operating budgets, staffing models, and labor costs for mid to large-scale real estate outsourcing projects.

    You'll also lead the development of tailored, high-quality marketing materials for new ventures and contract renewals, such as written proposals, RFP responses, and graphical presentations.

    In addition, you'll actively participate in client-facing meetings to nurture client relationships and drive business development endeavors. You'll oversee the management of intranet site(s) in collaboration with internal colleagues to ensure continuous improvement.

    This role will involve contributing to regional key client workshops by shaping agendas, attending, distributing high-level minutes, and overseeing follow-up actions.


    You'll be tasked with gathering and organizing financial and billing information from various business lines and reporting on them accordingly.

    Building strong relationships with subject matter experts across the organization, both at functional and account management levels, will be crucial.

    You'll also play a role in project management for client plans, ensuring they stay current.

    Furthermore, you'll coordinate and delegate tasks to co-workers and other subject matter experts involved in business pursuit projects.

    You'll provide support in executing the client relationships internal communications plan to promote regional initiatives, collaborating with the Graphic Design team as needed.
