Responsibilities:
Assist senior preparers and advisors in tax preparation tasks for individual and business clients.
Conduct client consultations to gather necessary tax information and documentation.
Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients.
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely filing of returns.
Assist in other financial services tasks, such as credit repair and financial planning, as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to data security protocols.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting, finance, or related fields is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
