+ Locates members and assesses the safety of the scene on arrival to ensure that the vehicle is in a safe location to provide service so as not to endanger the member or their traveling companions.
+ Greet members effectively communicating all aspects of battery program clearly
+ Performs diagnostic testing on disabled vehicle systems including electrical, battery, starting,
+ Respondoos tot dispatch calls performs Testings diagnostics if trained equipped minor mechanical assistance (if trained) assist response by jumping batteries terminals recharging according procedures maintain appearance general mechanical condition assigned vehicles restock sold batteries test new stock conditions dispose obsolete hazardous waste inventory electronic equipment certifies operate vehicles annually attend training prior refreshers other duties may be assigned.
