    Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) provides federal agencies and commercial customers with trusted insights into Records and Information Management, Administrative Solutions, Information Technology, Engineering, and Training. Formed in 2017 to serve federal and commercial customers, CABS is 8(a) certified and has grown quickly into a leader in the federal IT and Training environment.

    The Outreach Coordinator shall provide outreach services in support of the Office of the Executive Director for the Force Resiliency Credentialing Program for the Department of Defense (DoD) Prevention Workforce Training and Continuing Education Program.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and oversee all outreach activities to targeted DoD personnel.
    • Coordinate activities and events geared to reaching government-approved areas.
    • Maintain an efficient flow of work between government and vendor.
    • Target specific areas and propose events and activities and the best means to reach those personnel.
    • Assist the team with the preparation of contract deliverables.
    • Recommend ad hoc and continued improvements in service to incorporate best practices.
    • Provide data collection, analysis, and organization of programmatic media events.
    • Complete annual Chenega and DoD required training as required.
    • Record labor hours daily in the company's timekeeping system as required.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
    • 4+ years of experience in specific contract programs and events management.
    • 2+ years of experience in community outreach to specific audiences.
    • Background check required.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Ability to work with a cross-functional team composed of information technology, human resources and/or training and education specialists, and management professionals.
    • Must have extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word programs.
    • Ability to communicate with others effectively both orally and in writing.
    • Ability to multi-task in a high-stress, performance-based environment.
    • Ability to establish priorities and meet established deadlines.
    • Ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested.
    • Maintain a high level of integrity.
    • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.
    • Ability to travel up to 10%.
