Merchandiser Retail Coverage at Walmart - PRIMARY

About the Job Position - ACO-US: Are you ready to stand out at Walmart stores by ensuring product availability for Acosta's client brands? As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage at Walmart - PRIMARY, you'll have the opportunity to connect customers with beloved brands in one of the world's largest retailers.

Job Responsibilities:

Work scheduled days varying from Sunday to Saturday, adapting to location-specific requirements.
Full-Time role offering a flexible schedule of at least 5 days a week with Fridays required.
Part-Time position with a flexible 2-4 days schedule and Fridays required.
Start work between 6am-9am and finish by 6pm without any evening shifts.
Manage merchandise in the backroom, stocking, packing out products, and arranging items on shelves.
Handle coupons and signage materials, placing them in-store as needed.
Utilize a company-issued mobile device for work tasks, navigating through multiple applications simultaneously.
Assist with Acosta's field technology on the mobile device, answering questions and capturing work progress.
Take photos to showcase completed tasks and represent Acosta and its clients at Walmart stores.
Collaborate with Walmart store staff and management to ensure successful execution of tasks.
Engage with your direct manager through email, phone calls, and text messages.

Establish a strong presence at Walmart as the face of Acosta, building lasting relationships and becoming a valued resource.
Thrive as an independent Acosta representative while respecting your role as an extension of the Walmart team.
Maintain effective communication with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
Share best practices and seek support from the Walmart team nationwide through various communication channels.
Reach out to your manager for assistance when facing store challenges - they are there to support you.
Adhere to provided instructions diligently to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
Report work progress promptly on the same day tasks are finalized.

Essential Tools:

Reliable transportation to commute to multiple retail locations as per the daily schedule.
