    Description

    The Privileged Access Management Lead position is responsible for supporting and evolving privileged management processes and solutions. The candidate will act as the lead and technical expert supporting upcoming implementations, strategies, and supporting production operation around Privileged Access Management (PAM). Additionally, the candidate will be experienced in architecting and supporting PAM for a large enterprise, with a focus on information security to align identity and privileged access management to policies and procedures.

    Activities include:


    • Architect and strategize for internal PAM initiatives and solutions


    • Contribute to evolving the overall strategy and operating model for PAM governance and technology solutions


    • Ensure that proposed and existing PAM system architectures are aligned with organizational standards, goals and objectives


    • Drive initiatives to transform PAM provisioning and lifecycle management leveraging self-service and automation capabilities to enable a superior user experience


    • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on PAM


    • Contribute to the development of Team members


    • Provide exceptional customer support, service and that SLAs are met or exceeded


    • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities driving PAM initiatives


    • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

    Requirements:


    • Strong Privileged Access Management subject matter expertise


    • Strong Identity & Access Management background


    • +5 years experience with PAM Solutions


    • +5 years experience with Active Directory / LDAP


    • +7 years IAM experience


    • Strong data analysis skills


    • Strong communication skills

    Other Skills


    • Windows provisioning experience


    • Linux provisioning experience


    • CyberArk implementation/management


    • Sailpoint IIQ experience


    • ForgeRock experience


    • Project/Program Management Privileged session management and password vaulting


    • Powershell scripting


    • Experience with securing robotic process automation (RPA) workloads and use cases
