- At least 6 months to 1 year of Professional IT Service Desk and/or on-site support experience
- Past Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred (not necessary).

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious technical support engineer based out of the New York area with the drive to provide incredible Level 1 IT support on-site to our clients.
