    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Successful completion of high school or equivalent educational background.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
    • One to two years of administrative experience, with a preference for HR-related roles.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in typing and computer applications.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Telephone Operations:
      • Handle incoming calls for the company's main business line and direct them to the appropriate departments.
      • Maintenance of the NY employee call out line.
    • Time and Attendance Record Maintenance:
      • Collaborate with departmental supervisors to assist in the upkeep of accurate time and attendance records.
      • Escalate any complex timecard discrepancies to the Payroll team.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to all members of the HR team, encompassing various tasks and projects as needed.
    • Support the management of employee accommodation and/or physical restrictions using an Excel spreadsheet.
    • Provide support for non-exempt recruitment efforts (application review, interview coordination, etc.)
    • Prepare and dispatch registered mail and FedEx shipments as required.
    • Take charge of ordering and maintaining office supplies specific to the HR department.
    • Regularly update and maintain electronic files for all employees.
    • Oversee the maintenance of access card and employee ID photo databases.
    • Update and maintain all NY employee signature cards.
    • Prepare New Hire Welcome Packets, including handbooks, copies of forms, and relevant documents.
    • Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of HR bulletin boards.
    • Manage and update HR forms, including making copies when necessary.
    • Regularly update and maintain the Excel Spreadsheet of Locker Assignments.
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of company events as required
    Salary Range: $20 - $23/hr
