Job summary
The Worker will serve as a Business Analyst for the IHSS Automation project. The PASRR program plans to enhance the Long-Term Care online portal (LTCOP) by automating the process for requesting and authorizing PASRR IDD habilitative specialized services.The Worker will provide Business Analyst services that include analyzing program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems and system functional areas.
- Analyzes complex project deliverables such as project charters, business user requirements, design documentation.
- Serves as liaison providing consultation documentation direction regarding analysis design configuration testing policy implementation of the system.
