Job Description
We're seeking a forward-thinking, results-oriented communications leader who excels at execution and strategic collaboration to help shape the future of our advanced surgical stapling and surgical energy business. The Senior Manager, Communications – Advanced Surgical Instruments will sit out of our Santa Clara, Ca office on a hybrid work schedule.
As Senior Manager, Communications – Advanced Surgical Instruments for Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Surgery business, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes. This is a comprehensive communications role, prioritizing thought leadership and earned/owned media strategy, as well as strategic messaging and content development, social media and campaign activations, employee and culture communications, and issues management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, can connect the dots across teams, and who brings exceptional writing skills, strategic business acumen, and a bias for action. Building a deep understanding of surgery, connected technology, clinical and medical data, and healthcare markets will be required as a foundation to build and deploy an integrated global communications plan.
