    About This Role (Senior Process)

    Our team is looking for highly motivated and creative candidates who will lead efforts in improving small molecule therapeutics with microgravity.

    This is an opportunity in an exciting area of growth for Varda, the role will shape Varda's product culture, and will play a significant role in establishing the low earth orbit economy.

    Responsibilities

    • Candidate will be responsible for serving as technical lead for API crystallization and process development
    • Responsibilities include process optimization, scale-up, and control strategy
    • Collaborate closely with product development, pharmaceutical science, and broader engineering groups
    Basic Qualifications

    • Ph.
    D, degree in a related field with 3+ years industry experience

    • Experienced in process development
    Preferred Skills And Experience

    • Process engineer with 8+ years of industry experience
    • Degree in chemical engineering, physical chemistry, or related fields
    • Experience with broad range of manufacturing and process technologies
    • Versed in analytical characterization
    • Experience as the responsible engineer or technical owner of projects at various stages including initial concept and high-volume scale-up

    The anticipated salary range for candidates is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 USD
