    Project Venture, formally known as The National Indian Youth Leadership Development Project (NIYLP), has been on a mission to support Indigenous youth to develop healthy lifestyles and positive relationships with the natural world, to achieve their full potential, and to become leaders in their communities.

    PV is now seeking a Director of Administration and Finance (A&F) to provide leadership across the financial and administrative operations of the organization.


    Additional Areas of Responsibility:


    Strong candidates will bring a minimum of three to five years of management experience and capacity to design, manage, implement, and oversee policies, systems and practices around finance, human resources, technology, facilities, equipment, and logistics for operations and training events.

    This is a role designed for a generalist with sufficient foundational experience and knowledge around Human Resources, Finance, and Administrative Operations, which will likely require at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

    This Director must have a deep appreciation and understanding of native and indigenous cultures and communities, and they must be highly adaptable, collaborative, and creative in their approach to building systems and processes.
