Mortgage loan processor developing skills and knowledge to facilitate mortgage loan approvals. Developing ability to spread and calculate all types of income including tax returns for self-employed borrowers.
+Responsibilities
- Continually developing a working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, USDA, VA and State sponsored down payment and other assistance programs.
- Basic PC knowledge and skills, basic math ability, basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.
