    Reporting to the Director of People, thePeople Partnerwill be a positive, upbeat, "egg-loving" person with the ability to relate to a diverse set of people, communicate clearly and appropriately, and be approachable yet professional. This person will primarily focus on providing a high-level service to our Farm Support crew while supporting our mission and commitment to the stakeholder model. The People Partner will serve as a resource to the crew, assisting them with matters that relate to pay, policy, benefits, etc. Hallmarks of this position include strong attention to detail, organization, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and the ability to quickly build credibility with the crew.

    What You'll Do

    • Advocate for our crew and coach our supervisors by leveraging your understanding of our policies and local laws to ensure compliance and consistency.
    • Drive engagement and support of our operations by working a flexible schedule to increase interactions with all our crews.
    • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team, interview candidates, and form community partnerships to help in our quest to find the best and brightest crew members.
    • Welcome new crew by helping host orientation. Be an onboarding resource for our new crew and answer questions on benefits, policies, etc.
    • Support ongoing crew development and the performance review process.
    • Partner with payroll and our supervisors to help ensure accuracy of time records.
    • Leverage our HRIS to run reports, help resolve crew HRIS concerns, and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
    • Manage HR processes like leave of absence requests.
    • Investigate employee relations concerns in partnership with the Director of People, and work to provide resolution and address any root cause issues.
    • Continually look for ways to take engagement and People team practices to the next level.
    • Protects our crew and our company by keeping confidential information confidential.
    • Act like an owner and assists with projects as assigned.

    What You Bring to the Table

    • Minimum 5 years experience, working in an HR with employee populations to create a culture of respect, communication, mutual accountability, hard work, and harmony
    • Minimum 3 years experience with employment/recruiting, employee engagement processes, administering and communicating policy, employee and leader coaching and training, and benefits administration.
    • Demonstrated experience with HRIS/payroll system a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, HR Certification a plus
    • Must have above-average Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • 20-30% travel is required for meetings, company trainings, and events
    • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
    • Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities
