    Job Description

    Material Handler 1st shift 7am to 3:30pm for $18.00

    Material Handler 2nd shift 2pm to 10pm with some OT for $19.00

    Responsibilities:

    • Working with Raw Materials to supply for Machine Operation
    • Assisting in Machine Operation
    • Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material.
    • Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material.
    • Unload material from incoming trucks
    • Arrange appropriate transportation of products.
    • Stage sales orders for shipping.
    • Process sales orders thru shipping software and ERP system.
    • Inspect contents and verify count and content is correct.
    • Assist customers with shipping inquiries.
    • Place materials in correct bins locations
    • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
    • Label materials with correct item number and lot code
    • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
    • Communicate material variances in a timely fashion.
    • Break down and communize order quantities.
    • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • 2yrs minimum experience in shipping, logistics, or other related field
    • Must have Forklift Experience
    • Ability to handle a physical workload.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and lift up 40 lbs.
    • Great verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
    • Strong moral and ethical behavior
    • Experience sit down and stand up forklift
