    Description

    Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing healthcare provider expanding throughout Florida. They are actively seeking talented individuals for their Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis position. This individual will report directly to the Head of FP&A and will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial planning activities and fostering collaboration between internal departments and healthcare plan associates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the FP&A team
    • Direct the aggregation and analysis of financial and operational data for both Primary and Specialty Care divisions on a monthly schedule
    • Deliver superior support services to internal stakeholders
    • Administer monthly financial projections and the annual budgeting cycle
    • Act as the primary liaison for interactions with health plans regarding payment information
    • Oversee the verification of membership data and assignment processes
    • Coordinate the calculation and distribution of clinician incentives
    • Supervise the reporting and issuance of commissions
    • Manage the documentation procedures within the FP&A department
    • Generate monthly cash flow estimates
    • Ensure compliance with current and evolving payer stipulations
    • Tackle additional responsibilities as delegated by the Head of FP&A and Managed Care Coordination

    Qualifications:

    • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • An MBA is highly desirable
    • At least five years of leadership experience
    • Proven track record in a healthcare organization managing comprehensive risk with Medicare Advantage plans
    • Experienced in a rapidly expanding business environment
    • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and full-risk business models in healthcare
    • Comprehensive understanding of operations in healthcare providers operating under a full-risk Medicare Advantage framework
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and guide others in resolving complex issues
    • Strategic thinker with a knack for innovative problem-solving
    • Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
