Nile is seeking a talented Jr Data Analyst proficient in Excel and Power BI to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in gathering requirements from stakeholders and utilizing various data sources to design and construct reports, providing key insights to drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and collect report requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.

Develop, design, and implement reports using Power BI, ensuring visualizations and analytics align with stakeholder needs.

Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to facilitate data analysis and support reporting needs.

Cleanse, validate, and interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to produce meaningful insights.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data sources used in reports, troubleshooting, and resolving any discrepancies.

Present reports in a clear and understandable format, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.


Skills Required:
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or the data visualization software for report creation and visualization.

Advanced skills in Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to derive insights from data.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collecting and understanding report requirements.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Information Technology), or equivalent practical experience.
