Major law firm is seeking to hire a Paralegal with Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation experience to work closely with our clients and team of lawyers. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and be an integral part of our team. The Paralegal will communicate with clients and witnesses for required information, maintain contact with clients to evaluate employment, wage, and medical information, maintain case file notes and documentation, complete assignments, tasks, and checklists in a timely fashion, and document phone calls and correspondences regarding the claims.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Prepare legal documents for review.
• Communicate pertinent information to clients.
• Handle multiple client calls throughout the day.
• Maintain updates on the case management platform.
• Make copies of documents for ease of access and forward to clients .
• Gather information related to a case from people involved in the case.
