LHH is seeking an experienced litigation attorney for a long-term contract assignment for a well established law firm in the Fort Worth area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents such as pleadings, maintaining their own case load and providing strategic legal analysis, and appearing in court for various hearings.
Maintain and handling all phases of litigation case load with little supervision, ensuring progress for clientsDraft legal documents such as pleadings
2+ years of litigation experience in Texas State Courts
~ Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
~ Experience in insurance coverage, insurance defense or commercial litigation matters preferred
