    About the Job Title: Buyer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions

    Join our team as a Buyer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. In this role, you will take charge of overseeing the global supply chain and ensuring timely delivery of purchased products. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring on-time delivery of goods, maintaining high-quality standards, and securing competitive rates. The Procurement team at Cinch Connectivity Solutions plays a vital role in supporting business objectives and guaranteeing the smooth development and production of advanced products for industries such as aerospace and defense.

    Are You Ready to Dive In?

    • Play a key role in developing and executing direct materials strategies by actively managing direct commodities.
    • Manage the timely planning of raw materials, including communicating forecasts to suppliers.
    • Create Purchase Orders, Request for Quotes, and evaluate bid proposals and requisitions.

    Are You Prepared to Take On the Challenge?

    • Enhance supply base performance by developing and implementing strategies to improve on-time delivery, reduce lead times, optimize lot sizes, and effectively manage procured components.
    • Address supply gaps that affect manufacturing schedules and customer part fulfillment by identifying alternative supply sources, adjusting schedules, and expediting activities with suppliers.
    • Assess supplier performance, share feedback, and devise strategies for enhancement.

    What You'll Bring to the Table

    • A minimum of a two-year degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, coupled with three years of experience in procurement, or a blend of education and practical experience.
    • Proficiency in Supply Chain dynamics, encompassing Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and ERP.
    • Requirement to be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
