    Job Overview:


    As the Paid Media - Senior Manager, your primary focus will be on leading partner media agencies in building and optimizing digital media campaigns for both individual franchisee locations and brand campaigns to achieve specific performance objectives, such as generating leads, building brand awareness and/or driving website traffic.

    You will need to be proficient at analyzing and reporting on data, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    Lead partner media agencies in development and execution of paid media strategies and plans that are aligned with overall franchisee and corporate marketing objectives and target audiences
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and incorporate them into paid media plans
    Day-to-day management of relationships with partner media agencies

    Data Analysis & Campaign Optimization

    Collect, organize and analyze media campaign performance data sets from various partner agencies
    Identify and report on patterns, trends and insights to inform and refine campaign optimization strategies
    Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve the effectiveness of media campaigns, through efforts such as adjusting targeting parameters, refining ad creative, reallocating budget allocations to high-performing channels and/or audience segments, etc
    Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that align with optimization strategies
    Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad elements for improved performance
    Collaborate with Homefront Brands' internal Analytics team to ensure proper attribution in CRM systems

    Performance Reporting

    Provide regular reports designed to communicate key performance metrics, such as number of leads generated, conversion rates, cost per leads (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs

    Media budget management

    Set and manage monthly media spending and budget allocations for individual franchisees and corporate entities
    Monitor spending patterns, identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency gains, and make recommendations for budget allocation based on performance data and ROI objectives


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
    6+ years of experience in Paid Media and/or Performance Marketing
    Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a strong track record of achieving campaign objectives through data-driven optimization efforts
    Experience working on multiple brands, franchise brands preferred
    In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and others
    Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
    Certification in relevant advertising platforms is a plus
